About the House
Reservation Marrakech is a rental and concierge house based in Marrakech. We bring together a collection of villas, riads and apartments that we know intimately, and we accompany every guest from the first enquiry to the last day of the stay.
A chosen collection, not a catalogue
Every address in our collection has been visited, photographed and assessed by our team: quality of the bedding, light, quietness, pool safety, household staff, access within the Medina. We prefer a short collection that we know by heart to an endless list.
Private-pool villas in the Palmeraie or on the Ourika road, riads of character in Mouassine or Riad Zitoun, contemporary apartments in Guéliz and Hivernage: we know who each house suits, and who it does not.
How we work
- You write to us. Dates, number of travellers, wishes, budget: through the site form, by e-mail or on WhatsApp, in French, English or Arabic.
- An adviser replies within 24 hours. A person, not a bot. They confirm availability, point you to the house that fits you and send a clear quote in dirhams, with equivalents in euros or dollars.
- You book with confidence. No online payment: your booking is confirmed when we receive a deposit by bank transfer, the balance according to the agreed schedule. We will never ask you for a card number.
- We prepare your arrival. Airport transfer, welcome at the house, key handover, contract signed on site, first groceries, recommendations.
- We stay by your side. Throughout the stay, a WhatsApp number connects you to your adviser: private chef, hammam, excursions to the Atlas or the desert, babysitting, restaurant bookings.
Our commitments
- Transparency. The price in the quote is the price of the stay: taxes, security deposit and optional services are set out in black and white.
- Honesty. The descriptions and photographs of our houses show what you will find. If a house does not suit your plans, we tell you.
- Availability. A contact reachable from 9 am to 8 pm, Marrakech time, seven days a week, and an emergency number during your stay.
- Respect for the place. We work with loyal household teams, we look after the neighbourhood and we respect the customs of Marrakech.
- Discretion. Your data is used to prepare your stay, nothing else. See our privacy policy.
